Godly Art is a product operated by Celesta Technologies AB, a Swedish company. If you have questions about these Terms, you can contact us at hello@godly.art.

Use of the service

Godly Art lets you create AI-assisted artwork, purchase generation credits, and order physical prints. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or reverse engineer it.

Eligibility

By using Godly Art, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and meet the minimum age of digital consent in your country. If you are not old enough to accept these Terms on your own, your parent or legal guardian must agree to them on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the service.

If you purchase generation credits or physical prints, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into that transaction or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to do so.

Accounts

You may sign in with Google to save artwork, access purchases, and view orders. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

You may request deletion of your account through the product. When a deletion request is submitted, we may immediately deactivate the account and begin a 30-day waiting period before final deletion. If you sign back in during that period, the deletion request may be cancelled automatically and access may be restored.

Some information may still be retained after a deletion request or final deletion where retention is required or permitted by law, including for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or enforcement purposes.

Credits and print orders

Godly Art may offer free promotional generation credits ("Starter Credits") and paid generation credits ("Purchased Credits"). Credits are non-transferable, may only be used within the Godly Art service, and have no cash value except where required by applicable law. Credit purchases and print orders are subject to the pricing shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Celesta Technologies AB for Godly Art.

Starter Credits are a promotional benefit offered at our discretion. Starter Credits may be granted, limited, modified, withheld, or revoked at any time, including in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, policy violations, or attempts to create multiple accounts to obtain additional promotional credits.

Purchased Credits are a limited digital use right for generation within the Godly Art service. Purchased Credits are non-transferable, non-redeemable outside the service, and not refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy or where required by applicable law.

Your content

You are responsible for prompts, uploads, and other content you provide. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use or content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringing.

As between you and Godly Art, you retain ownership of the content you submit and, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the outputs you generate through the service, subject to these Terms and any rights of third parties.

By using Godly Art, you grant Celesta Technologies AB, Godly Art, and our affiliates, service providers, successors, and assigns a worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, transmit, create derivative works from, and otherwise use your inputs and outputs as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, secure, support, fulfill, improve, and develop the service and related products and features.

This license includes use for print fulfillment, customer support, abuse and fraud prevention, enforcement of these Terms, safety, research, analytics, evaluation, and training and improvement of machine learning systems and other current or future technology used in connection with the service.

If you choose to submit content or outputs to any public gallery, showcase, remix, reuse, or other community feature that we may offer, you also grant us a broader worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable, transferable, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to display, publish, distribute, promote, feature, adapt, remix, and otherwise use that public content in connection with the service, related products and features, and our marketing and promotional activities.

AI-generated results may not be unique and may vary in quality, accuracy, and suitability. You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before using, sharing, printing, or relying on them.

Subject to applicable law, these Terms, and any third-party rights, Godly Art does not claim ownership of the generated outputs you create using the service. Unless we state otherwise, you may use those outputs, including for commercial purposes, at your own risk. We do not guarantee that any output is eligible for copyright or other intellectual property protection in every jurisdiction.

Intellectual property complaints

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe content available through Godly Art infringes your copyright, trademark, or other rights, contact us at hello@godly.art with enough information for us to review the request.

We may remove or disable access to content, generated outputs, or accounts where we reasonably believe rights have been infringed or where required by law. We may also suspend or terminate repeat infringers.

Abuse and multiple accounts

You may not create multiple accounts, use automation, misrepresent your identity, or otherwise attempt to obtain Starter Credits, Purchased Credits, or service access in a fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized manner.

We may suspend or terminate accounts, remove promotional credits, and revoke fraudulently obtained Purchased Credits where necessary to protect the service and its users. If credits are obtained through fraud, payment abuse, chargebacks, unauthorized transactions, or other violations of these Terms, we may suspend your account, cancel related transactions, and remove associated credits.

We may also suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, operational protection, suspected misuse, or violation of these Terms. Where appropriate, we may investigate activity, block access to features, delay fulfillment, or refuse future use of the service.

Service availability and liability

Godly Art is provided on an as available and as offered basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that generated outputs or printed products will meet every subjective expectation, except as required by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Celesta Technologies AB is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or use.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or relating to Godly Art will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.

Changes

We may update these Terms, modify the service, limit promotional credit programs, or discontinue parts of the service as Godly Art evolves. Continued use of Godly Art after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

If we permanently discontinue paid credit functionality, any treatment of unused Purchased Credits will be governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, except to the extent that mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply and cannot be excluded.
