Godly Art is a product operated by Celesta Technologies AB, a Swedish company. Payments for Godly Art are processed by Celesta Technologies AB.

Scope

This policy covers Starter Credits, Purchased Credits, and, when available, physical print orders sold through Godly Art.

Starter Credits

Starter Credits are free promotional credits. They have no cash value, are not refundable, are not transferable, and may be withdrawn or revoked at any time at our discretion, including in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms.

Purchased Credits

Purchased Credits are a one-time digital purchase for use within Godly Art. Purchased Credits are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Purchased Credits are non-refundable once any credits from the relevant purchase have been used, except where required by applicable law. If no Purchased Credits from a purchase have been used, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. We determine refund eligibility using our payment, grant, and usage ledger records associated with the relevant purchase.

Failed generations

If a generation fails, the relevant credit is normally not consumed or is automatically restored in accordance with our system rules. In edge cases, we may review the generation and associated ledger records manually before deciding whether a credit should be restored.

Duplicate charges and billing errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once for the same transaction, or experienced a technical billing error, contact us promptly. We will review the payment records and, where appropriate, issue a correction or refund.

Fraud, abuse, and chargebacks

We may deny refunds, suspend accounts, or remove credits where credits or payments are associated with fraud, abuse, chargebacks, unauthorized account creation, or violations of our Terms.

Service discontinuation

If Godly Art permanently discontinues its paid generation credit service, we may, at our discretion and subject to applicable law, provide either a reasonable period to use remaining Purchased Credits or a refund process for eligible unused Purchased Credits.

Starter Credits are excluded from any discontinuation refund process unless we explicitly state otherwise.

Physical print orders

Because physical prints are custom products made from your selected image and configuration, print orders are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has started, except where required by applicable law.

If a print arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is lost in transit, contact us within a reasonable time after delivery or the expected delivery date. We may request photos, order details, and shipping information to review the issue and may offer a replacement, reprint, refund, or other appropriate remedy.

How to request a refund

Contact us at hello@godly.art with your purchase email, order or payment details, and a short explanation of the issue. We review requests using our purchase, payment, shipping, and usage ledger records.

If a refund is approved, we will normally send it back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
